Southwest Plaza Mall Redevelopment

Redesigned to create a sense of community, Southwest Plaza reflects the modern Colorado lifestyle. Enhancements included a renovated Center Court with multiple open-air cafes, engaging seating areas and free Wi-Fi access.

RK Mechanical installed 10 central HVAC systems for common areas, which include the food court, concourse and mall operations, as well as the renovation of all concourse restrooms. RK Mechanical also installed utility connections for independent retail spaces including domestic water, drain, waste and vent, chilled water, building exhaust systems and outside air. The mall stayed open during the entire redevelopment project.
