RK Steel and RK Energy worked together to fabricate and deliver a paneled, welded, steel building structure for water injection, meeting a tight eight-week delivery timeline. The modular building was configured with a bridge crane, chemical treatment, filters and one multi-stage injection pump, capable of pumping 7,000 BBL/day at 1,300 psi working pressure. The internal piping was fabricated from schedule 40 welded stainless steel piping. The building included MCC and SCADA. The project included installation and start-up for a North Dakota oil and gas client. Features included: Chemical Injection Pump 1-300 HP 32 Stage Centrifugal Discharge Pump (General Electric) 304L Stainless Steel Piping (Schedule 40 and Schedule 80) MCC with Transformer Panel and PLC Class 1/Division 2 Pump Room with LEL and H2S Sensors Two Ton Manual Bridge Crane Pump Room Exhaust Fan System (4,000 CFM) - Including Gravity Intake and Exhaust Louvers Exterior Generator Connection Skid Base Fully Welded to Structure Providing Sealed Process Area and Environmental Protection All Welded Tube Steel Frame with Galvanized Steel Panels R-19 Roof and R-13 Walls Climate and Sound Dampened Controlled Control Room with Windows to Process Area Elevated Platform with Access to Filters
