Milk Market at Dairy Block opened its doors earlier this month, as Denver’s next big food hall. The impressive space includes 16 different dining options. This latest offering by restaurateur, Frank Bonanno, encompasses one-fourth of the Dairy Block, located in the LoDo neighborhood. Originally built in 1920, the historic block was once home to Windsor Dairy. The company was known for its high-quality dairy products at the turn of the twentieth century. The block has since been re-imagined, renovated and some areas completely rebuilt turning the space into a unique microcosm which includes the Milk Market food hall, as well as retail space and a hip and stylish independent hotel.

Two RK business units performed work on Milk Market at Dairy Block from preconstruction through completion. RK Mechanical designed, fabricated and installed the mechanical and plumbing systems for this project. RK Electrical performed all of the electrical work on this project which included installing a new breaker in the main switchboard, as well as transformers, space panel boards and branch circuits throughout the building.
