Level 3’s state-of-the-art campus includes five buildings on a 46-acre site in Broomfield, Colorado. It serves as the training and operations headquarters for one of the leading international providers of fiber-based communication and Internet services. RK Mechanical provided and installed all plumbing, hydronics, HVAC, controls and site distribution of chilled water for all five buildings on the campus. Facility types included office space, dining facility, mission-critical data center, stand-alone central plant, exterior water feature, landscaping and multiple parking structures.
