The 10-story Leprino Medical Office building is the home to clinical spaces, medical offices and retail connected via an enclosed pedestrian bridge to a nearly 1,500 space parking garage. As the design-assist mechanical contractor, RK Mechanical  provided full mechanical and plumbing construction services. Scope included 75,000 CFM dual field erected built-up air handling units, connection to the existing campus utilities, variable air volume systems service office spaces, constant air volume systems, serving all lab spaces (including lab air control for BSL-3 areas), life safety and smoke control systems and all plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary service, storm service, subsoil drainage, natural gas and laboratory gas).
