CSU Aggie Village

This comprehensive site redevelopment project replaced 145 apartments constructed in 1960 with 973 new student beds on the 8.4 acre site. It was the largest project ever undertaken at Colorado State University (CSU) and provides an international housing community with an urban edge for undergraduate students, international students, graduate students, visiting scholars and post-doctoral fellows.

RK Mechanical served as the design-assist mechanical contractor for this project. The scope of work included designing, fabricating and installing the new mechanical systems for this building as well as a stand alone heating plant and central plant for chilled water.
