Boulder Community Hospital Inpatient Expansion

The project included a 45,000 sq ft. medical office building addition, 125,000 sq ft. inpatient expansion, 86,000 sq ft. existing inpatient hospital remodel, central utility plant upgrades (added chiller, cooling tower, boiler, med gas systems)and a 74,000 sq ft. parking structure addition.

RK Mechanical was onsite for two years providing mechanical solutions to BCH and Wyatt Construction for the expansion of the Foothills Campus, which now serves as the primary inpatient location for BCH.
