200 COLUMBINE

The 200 Columbine project was a multiple tenant office build-out across three units. It included a total 10,050 square feet of finished space with large open office areas, fifteen private offices, four conference rooms, some open area office space and two break rooms.

RK Electrical performed the full scope of electrical construction for these units. The project included new LED light fixtures with state-of-the-art lighting controls with dimming and daylight sensing abilities, all new power receptacles and floor boxes for offices and modular furniture, new building signage, fire alarm upgrades and life safety device expansions.
