1700 Platte

Riverview at 1700 Platte is a mixed-use, four-story building with office and retail space, as well as, a two-level subgrade parking garage. RK Water was brought in during the final stages of construction to design a treatment system to meet the effluent limits of the certified discharge permit. Effluent from the treatment system is subject to 2-Year Rolling Averages which took effect in 2017. The treatment system’s primary design is for the remediation of Selenium to levels below 0.69 ppb. Secondary treatment of other inorganics, VOCs and SVOCs will also be achieved. RK Water operated the treatment system.
