Oil/Sand Separation Plant
We designed and built a prefabricated process system capable of upgrading various hydrocarbons. This project incorporated a diverse range of mining and process equipment including pumps, heat exchangers, double wall tanks and chillers. Our skilled team also collaborated with RK Electrical to install and integrate the electrical components of the system to ensure smooth operation.
We designed, constructed and tested two double-wall tanks in compliance with UL-142 standards, suitable for large volumes of up to 5000 gallons. To accommodate these tanks and the associated hydrocarbon liquid, we also designed structural frames. We ensured process requirements were met by running extensive electrical cabling and instrument wiring along the tanks’ exterior.
Prefabricated Electrical Buildings
Our work involved modifying single-use conexes to create prefabricated electrical buildings. We integrated energy-efficient spray insulation, double-wide doors with removable transoms, and building penetrations for HVAC, while pre-wiring and testing all electrical switchgear and PLC I/O.
Cooling Distribution Unit and Piping Skid
For the Cooling Distribution Unit and Piping Skid, we developed water-cooled pump skids for a datacenter based in California. This project involved crafting engineered structural steel, assembly and electrical wiring/testing in our shop, and using HDPE piping. We were proud to extend installation support to our valued customer in California.
Pyrolysis Reactor Plant
We took on the task of constructing a prefabricated process system for a Pyrolysis Reactor Plant. Our comprehensive project included six different skids and a 50ft long reactor operating at soaring temperatures beyond 1200F. We meticulously integrated all piping, instrumentation, and electrical components, with a successful factory acceptance test conducted at our Henderson facility.
