The Hyatt Centric Hotel is a 14-story, approximately 142,000 square foot hotel building, located in Downtown Denver on the corner of 18th and Champa St. It contains 264 guest rooms and a first floor restaurant, with a meeting room, fitness center and outdoor deck on the 15th floor.

RK Electrical recently completed a 7,000 square foot expansion project for Bimbo Bakery in Commerce City. In this addition, they installed new equipment and installed a completely new fire alarm system. The original system dated back to the late 1960s. The new fire alarm system protects the expansion area, and is also tied back into the existing building system and sprinkler riser to notify the fire department of what area in the building might have a problem.The main service into the building was about 300 feet of 4-inch PVC conduit filled with close to 2,300 pounds of copper wire.

The Toyota Service Training Center job is a 2,874 square foot training facility. The project is an expansion of the already existing dealership, located at 9676 Maroon Circle in Englewood, CO. The scope includes installing lighting fixtures and controls, mechanical and security rough in and grounding, as well as fire alarm devices.

Gold’s Marketplace is a long-standing building on 26th and Kipling in Wheat Ridge. The remodel by RK Electrical includes a new utility feed and building metering, upgrades to the existing electrical systems for each building and tenant space and new light poles and signs for the parking lot.
