RK Mechanical added two 32-story residential towers on a five-story podium with three-stories of below-grade parking and a dedicated common amenity space including a pool, spa, fitness, common kitchen and other open spaces. The project included the addition of a central utility plant located in a remodeled historic building on site and 552 rental units.
