The Lion (Strata Vail)

This luxury condominium project consists of 80 units, retail space, common areas and comprises of seven floors above grade and three levels of parking below grade. This replaced an old, smaller condominium building and the VailGlo Lodge, from the 1970s and included demolition of those existing properties. The replacement stretches over more than a town block and 1.5 acres of property. It includes a combination of whole-ownership and fractional-ownership condos, as well as 7,000 square feet of street-level commercial space.

RK Mechanical fabricated, transported and installed all mechanical systems, including plumbing, piping, sheet metal and HVAC for this new construction project.
