What You’ll Do as a Construction Superintendent
In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight for construction activities from planning through project completion. Responsibilities include:

Managing daily on-site operations and project schedules

Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and field teams

Ensuring all work aligns with RK quality standards and safety protocols

Monitoring project progress and addressing issues proactively

Interpreting plans, specifications, and technical documents

Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and trade teams to keep projects on track

What We Look For
RK seeks construction superintendents who demonstrate:

Proven experience leading commercial or industrial construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and OSHA safety regulations

Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Trade experience is highly valued. Candidates with backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, steel fabrication, pipefitting, welding, or sheet metal installation are encouraged to apply—especially those ready to advance into leadership roles.
