RK Water Leadership
Jeff Gucker
President and General Manager
Jeff Gucker embarked on his professional journey in the industry in 1987, laying the foundation for his extensive experience. Prior to his current position as Vice President and General Manager of RK Water, Jeff held notable roles such as Operations Manager for Western Region and President at Encompass Mechanical Services. In his current capacity, Jeff assumes a leadership role, overseeing various aspects of the RK Water team, including business development, growth and diversification, mentorship, safety and overall business strategy. Jeff takes pride in his involvement in several impactful RK Water projects, including the NLB – Containerized Water Reuse Process, 1700 Platte Permanent Treatment System Design and Installation, Union Station North Wing Permanent Treatment System Design and Installation, 100 Cook Project Temporary Dewatering and Treatment, West Lot Temporary Dewatering and Treatment and Ritz Carlton Vail projects.
Jeff’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering from Virginia Tech, and he holds the prestigious LEED AP certification.
Jeff finds joy in his married life and cherishes the company of his daughter. He has a penchant for savoring good food, skiing adventures, surfing and exploring new destinations through travel.
Steven Cummings
Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Steven Cummings, Vice President of Sales and Business Development for RK Water, is a skilled professional who possesses a strong track record in driving sales and business development. With his unwavering commitment, extensive technical knowledge and customer-oriented approach, Steven embodies the ideal leader to steer RK Water into the future across various industries. His strategic vision and ability to forge meaningful client relationships are instrumental in driving the company’s success.
One of Steven’s notable projects at RK Water was Axis 70, where he and his dedicated team executed a wide range of tasks including consulting, permitting, well drilling, dewatering, remediation, state-required testing and discharge monitoring reports (DMRs).
Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science from the University of Denver.
Steven values quality time with his family and enjoys traveling, golf, and skiing.
