The Village at Breckenridge is a year-round vacation destination with ski-in/ski-out access. The Village is conveniently located half a block from Main Street and is bordered by National Forest and Maggie Pond. Accommodations range from studios to four-bedroom condominiums with full kitchens, wood burning fireplaces and balconies. RK Mechanical performed all plumbing, piping, hydronics, sheet metal and snow melt for the project. RK Mechanical used building information models (BIM), prefabrication and just-in-time delivery to save time and manpower, while maximizing quality and safety on this project.
