Kiewit HQ Building K-1

The new Kiewit headquarters in Lone Tree consists of two new office buildings. Combined, the two buildings provide 400,000 sq. ft. of office space with a roof deck gathering space, a full-service café, a full-service coffee shop, a full-service catering/kitchen system and fitness center.

RK Mechanical was involved in the plumbing, HVAC and hydronic system installation of the 252,153 sq. ft., five-story office building.
