The Ameristar Casino Resort Spa features 536 plush rooms and a roof-top pool and spa; the first of its kind in the Black Hawk area. RK Mechanical performed all plumbing, piping, hydronics, sheetmetal and snow melt systems for the resort and adjacent parking garage. RK Mechanical used building information modeling (BIM), prefabrication and just-in-time delivery to save time and manpower, while maximizing quality and safety on this project.
