The efficient heat recovery located on 14^th and Court in Downtown Denver next door to Civic Center Park, Populus Hotel is the first carbon-positive hotel in the nation. The finished 14-story hotel will include 265 rooms, 40 micro-apartments and a rooftop bar with jaw-dropping views of the mountains and the Denver skyline.
