Agilent, a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Longmont, completed a major expansion project with support from RK Mechanical, RK Energy and RK Steel. The project showcased RK’s prefabrication capabilities, using off-site modular construction to improve safety, enhance quality and accelerate the construction schedule.

As part of the project, RK fabricated and delivered multiple modular pipe racks, including a 60-foot-long unit weighing approximately 57,000 pounds. The prefabricated assemblies streamlined field installation and demonstrated the efficiency and precision of RK’s integrated construction approach.
