200 Columbine

The 200 Columbine project was a multiple-tenant office build-out across three units. It included a total of 10,050 square feet of finished space with large open office areas, 15 private offices, four conference rooms, additional open office space and two break rooms.

RK Electrical performed the full scope of electrical construction for the project. The work included new LED light fixtures with lighting controls featuring dimming and daylight sensing, new power receptacles and floor boxes for offices and modular furniture, new building signage, fire alarm upgrades and life safety device expansions.
