November 12, 2015 — RK has received official notification of our ISO 9001:2008 re-certification after passing our ISO audit this summer. Established by the International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001:2008 is recognized as the worldwide standard for quality management systems and practices. ISO credentials affirm that RK provides products and services that consistently meet customer requirements and that our quality is reliable and continuously improving. It’s a rigorous process to become certified and all of RK’s staff worked hard with the auditors to demonstrate that RK meets the requirements of the ISO standard. This is a major achievement for the entire RK team.
