August 9, 2021 – Denver Business Journal recently published an article, “Good Works: RK Industries’ suicide-awareness campaigns lead sector,” featuring RK and its focus on suicide awareness and prevention.

The article states, “RK is committed to suicide prevention and is seen as an industry leader in addressing this issue. To combat the construction industry’s high rate of suicide, RK works to destigmatize mental health, encouraging open communication on the topic. RK has developed tools and resources, including suicide prevention training, for its safety, wellness and HR teams, a pocket card and hard-hat stickers listing suicide hotlines, and “Toolbox Talks” and communications campaigns to raise awareness and provide resources for those in need.”
