TIME WARNER CABLE DATA CENTER

The Time Warner Cable project involved the build-out of a new 7,000-square-foot data center in Centennial, Colorado. The project included a complete interior demolition of the existing 7,800-square-foot data center facility followed by structural upgrades, a new 7,000-square-foot concrete pad area for 11 dry coolers, 11 new computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units, new dual grid fed electrical switchgear, 36-inch raised access floor, a Vesda detection system, and a new FM-200 pre-action system. RK Mechanical fabricated and installed all mechanical systems, including plumbing, piping, sheet metal and HVAC.
