RK was the design-build mechanical contractor for this complete hotel re-branding and renovation, providing BIM, fabrication, transportation and installation of all plumbing, piping, sheetmetal and HVAC components. RK Mechanical’s scope of work included the installation of a new 300+ coil 4-pipe system in the existing, post tension, 37-story, high-rise concrete structure. Additional features of this five-star hotel and residence include, a redesigned street-level plaza and mezzanine, new spa, fully-equipped fitness center and Elway’s restaurant.
