The IBM green building update is intended to increase overall building design, mechanical system, and server technology efficiencies while decreasing energy consumption. The mechanical system of the facility is designed to be 40% more efficient than that of a typical data center. The capacity is designed to meet future technology requirements. RK performed the fabrication and installation of the chillers, pumps and on-site central plant.
