100 Cook Treatment

A five-story, class A medical office building in Denver. Dewatering was required to construct the four subgrade parking levels. The groundwater level began at about 30 feet below grade; leaving 20 feet of exposed groundwater table draining into the project excavation. Due to clay layering in the strata, point dewatering was required to capture groundwater bypassing the dewatering wells. Treatment was required for Iron, Manganese, Selenium and Tetrachloroethylene.
